REGWATCH · Continuous regulatory monitoring

    Regulation moves.
    Your assessment shouldn't go stale.

RegWatch keeps your RegCheck assessment current. We monitor the acts your verdicts rest on, review and classify every change, and tell you when something moves that actually affects you.

An assessment is a snapshot. The law isn't.

EU regulation changes continuously. Application dates shift. Scope thresholds are rewritten mid-cycle. Implementing and delegated acts land months after the parent act. National transposition arrives country by country.

A report that was correct when it was written can be wrong six months later — and nothing tells you. That is the gap RegWatch closes.

    What RegWatch does

Monitoring tied to your assessment — not a feed you have to read.

    Continuous monitoring

We monitor the official EU sources for the acts your verdicts rest on — parent acts, amendments, implementing and delegated acts.

    Reviewed before it reaches you

Every change is reviewed and classified before it reaches you. You are not forwarded raw legal text.

    Mapped to your assessment

A change is only relevant if it touches one of your verdicts. We map impact against your own profile before anything is sent.

    Notification when it matters

When something moves that affects you, you get a clear notice: what changed, which verdict it touches, and what it means in practice.

    In practice

The implementing act for the EU product-passport registry was caught and classified the same day it was published in the Official Journal.

From regulatory monitoring to regulatory change control

Regulatory news tells you that something happened. Regulatory change control establishes what changed, where it came from, when it applies and what it affects.

    • Amending act and official source

The change is tied to the act that made it and to the official source it was published in — not to a summary of it.

    • Applicable text version

Which consolidated version of the text the requirement now rests on, so the reading can be reproduced later.

    • Application date

When the change actually applies — separate from when it was adopted or published.

    • Assessment and requirements that may be affected

The change is mapped against your own assessment, so you see which verdicts and requirements it may move.

See a real example: SFDR changed on 2 July — but the change did not carry SFDR's name.

    What is regulatory change control?

Regulatory news tells you that something happened. Regulatory change control establishes what changed, where it came from, when it applies and what it affects.

What does RegWatch trace for each change?

Four things: the amending act and its official source, the applicable text version, the application date, and the assessment and requirements that may be affected.

How does RegWatch relate to a RegCheck assessment?

RegWatch keeps a RegCheck assessment current. The acts behind your verdicts are monitored, every change is reviewed and classified, and it is mapped to your own assessment before you are notified.

    How it works

    1. 01

      Watch

Official EU sources are polled on a schedule for every act behind your assessment.

    2. 02

      Review and classify

Relevance is determined before anything is sent. Noise is filtered out at this step.

    3. 03

      Map

The change is matched against your verdicts to see which of them are affected.

    4. 04

      Notify

You get a status update in plain language. No reading of legal text required.

    What you get

RegWatch is a service, not a dashboard to log into.

    • Your assessment is kept current — you don't have to re-order it to know whether it still holds.
    • You are told when a change affects one of your verdicts, and what it changes.
    • You are informed when new regulation appears that postdates your assessment.
    • Every change is recorded with date and source, so the trail holds up in a review.

Several major frameworks rest on the same operational base — structured value chain data, traceable collection, ownership, auditability. Built once, it serves all frameworks.

Clarity (where do we stand) · Currency (what has changed) · Control (who does what, with evidence).

RegWatch monitoring is a separate annual subscription, available alongside the platform.
