What CSRD requires.
The CSRD requires large and listed companies in the EU to report on sustainability impacts, risks and opportunities using the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). It replaces the previous Non-Financial Reporting Directive and dramatically expands the scope and depth of sustainability disclosure.
